What is Clean Energy?
Over the past year, we have seen how a global crisis can bring travel to a sudden halt. Though the pandemic remains front of mind, there is another crisis that will bring even graver consequences for humanity. The threat is climate change.
In recent years, tourism came under heightened scrutiny for its contribution to the climate emergency. We began hearing terms like “flight shaming” as people became more aware of their impact. Tourism does play a role in the climate crisis, there is no denying that.
The restart of tourism allows us to rethink our habits and learn how to travel in a responsible way. There are many ways that you can lessen your travel emissions and drive the industry towards a more sustainable future.
Organ printing?
Organ printing is defined as a layer by layer additive robotic computer-aided bio fabrication of functional 3D organ constructs with using self-assembling tissue spheroids according to digital model. Information technology and computer-aided design software’s are instrumental in the transformation of virtual 3D bioimaging information about human tissue and organs into living biological reality during 3D bioprinting. Information technology enables design blueprints for bioprinting of human organs as well as predictive computer simulation both printing and post-printing processes. 3D bioprinting is now considered as an emerging information technology and the effective application of existing information technology tools and development of new technological platforms such as human tissue and organ informatics, design automation, virtual human organs, virtual organ bio fabrication line
How is Organ printing used?
A printable organ is an artificially constructed device designed for organ replacement, produced using 3D printing techniques. The primary purpose of printable organs is in transplantation. Research is currently being conducted on artificial heart, kidney, and liver structures, as well as other major organs.
Space Travel
Space exploration is the use of astronomy and space technology to explore the outer space. While the exploration of space is carried out mainly by astronomers with telescopes, its physical exploration is conducted both by unmanned robotic spaces probes and human spaceflights.
Space exploration in the classical form is astronomy which is one of the main sources for space science. Space transport is the use of spacecraft to transport people or cargo into or through outer space. This may include human spaceflight and cargo spacecraft flight.
The benefits for space travel:
Improving health care
Protecting our planet and our environment
Creating scientific and technical jobs
Improving our day-to-day lives
Enhancing safety on Earth
Making scientific discoveries
Sparking youth’s interest in science
Cooperating with countries around the world
Stem Cells
Stem cells are special human cells that are able to develop into many different cell types. This can range from muscle cells to brain cells. Researchers believe that stem cell-based therapies may one day be used to treat serious illnesses such as paralysis and Alzheimer disease. Stem cells provide new cells for the body as it grows, and replace specialised cells that are damaged or lost. They have two unique properties that enable them to do this: They can divide over and over again to produce new cells. As they divide, they can change into the other types of cell that make up the body.
Sources of stem cells
Stem cells originate from two main sources: adult body tissues and embryos. Scientists are also working on ways to develop stem cells from other cells, using genetic “reprogramming” techniques.
Meat Free
Eliminating animal products removes cholesterol from the diet, which could reduce your risk of heart disease. What’s more, a vegan diet tends to be lower in sodium than some other types of diets because most fruits and vegetables are low in sodium. whether you are concerned about your health, the environment or animal welfare, scientific evidence is piling up that meat-free diets are best. Millions of people in wealthy nations are already cutting back on animal products
If you don’t want to drop meat all at once, start by incorporating one meat-free meal – or an entire meat-free day – each week, and build from there. Remember, being vegetarian doesn’t protect you from unhealthy food choices. You still need to limit highly processed, sugary or high-saturated fat foods and eat lots of vegetables. You’ll also need to think about where you’ll get your protein, B12, selenium and iron from.
